Pearson Hinchliffe Commercial Law’s Company and Commercial department, lead by Partner Roger Hinchliffe, has developed a major contractual document to help Systime manage its complex UK and European supplier relationships.
The document needed to be comprehensive and be able to encompass the intricacies of Systime’s agreements with customers, partners and suppliers.
