Commercial Litigation

My Company was owed over £51,000 in outstanding payments for work carried out as a sub-contractor. It appeared that the contractor was putting off paying the sub-contractors and whoever shouted the loudest got paid. I instructed Pearson Hinchliffe's specialist debt recovery department who issued proceedings in the County Court and obtained Judgment which was promptly paid by the debtor. Pearson Hinchliffe acted swiftly in recovering monies which were needed for my firms cash flow.

Glyn Taylor - Director Druggitt and Harding Limited
We recovered in excess of £400,000 from a persistent debtor using Pearson Hinchliffe's Commercial debt recovery team. On sending our instructions to Pearson Hinchliffe, Court proceedings were issued swiftly and a full recovery of our debt, plus interest and costs was made.

John Roodhouse - Managing Director Heyrod Communications Limited
Pearson Hinchliffe provided my company with an excellent personalised debt recovery service. I recovered the full amount of the debt owed (£9,000) as well as interest and costs. The advice I was given was practical and current, the debt was pursued speedily and efficiently. I instructed Pearson Hinchliffe on a 'no recovery, no fee' basis and I would strongly recommend their debt recovery service as offering good value for money.

AMJ Plumbing & Heating Engineers Limited
Pearson Hinchliffe’s commercial debt recovery team, led by Christopher Burke (Partner) recovered in excess of £47,000 for our company in one month from two debtors. As a commercial debt recovery team, Pearson Hinchliffe understands the needs of our business and pursued payment of the debt through the most effective methods and have always provided us with an excellent and professional service.
