Purchase of Clean-A-Drain
Manchester-based Lanes for Drains is the UK’s largest specialist independent drainage operation. In October 2007 Pearson Hinchliffe Solicitors was instructed to handle the purchase of Camberley drainage company Clean-A-Drain.
Now known as Lanes for Drains (West London), the company has moved into new, bigger premises and has been kitted out with the latest in drainage equipment and technology as a direct result of its acquisition. This is the latest purchase for Lanes as it continues to expand its network across the UK and reach new market areas.
Roger Hinchliffe led the team of solicitors at Pearson Hinchliffe who advised Lanes to confirm due diligence and confirmation of contractual agreements: “We have been working with Lanes Group PLC for over 12 years and have seen the company grow extensively.
