20th February 2009
Oldham solicitors Pearson Hinchliffe has relaunched its new look website - www.pearson-hinchliffe.co.uk. The new website design reinforces the leading law firm’s commitment to its clients by providing a fast, reliable and straightforward website, whilst delivering useful information on a wide range of legal issues.
The solicitor’s site, which started in 2001, now includes more useful downloads and an ‘Offers’ section where people can view money off deals on legal services. It also has latest news and features on local and national issues affecting clients.
Speaking about the aims of the new site, the firm’s Marketing Manager, Muhammed Shaikh said: “Providing information, advice and support in a sympathetic way is central to what we do. It was important therefore, that the finished product reflected this and provided visitors with an interesting and helpful experience. The majority of our clients access our website and we want to ensure that they can get relevant information on their problem or requirement and then contact us once they’re sure we can help. Before you come in you can see a photo of the solicitor you’ll meet and read a little profile on them.”
Design agency fresh Interactive were brought in to deliver the fresh new website and build on the strong 500 or so visitor numbers who already visit the site each month.
Judith Ross, project leader at fresh commented: “In answering the initial brief, we extensively researched all sorts of websites we liked, not just law firms’, and managed to combine a retail feel with valuable information and advice in a welcoming and easy to use format, making repeat visits equally rewarding.”
The firm plans to include video material where visitors can watch bitesize legal advice on a range of issues, considered a real innovation for a law firm.
The site provides information about the ten legal services offered to private individuals namely; family and childcare, personal injury claims, medical negligence, wills, trusts, tax and probate, crime and road traffic matters, employment, civil litigation, housing, conveyancing and financial services.
