Pearson Hinchliffe Solicitors secures Law Society’s new conveyancing quality mark

9th November 2011

Press Release

PEARSON HINCHLIFFE Solicitors have this week achieved a mark of excellence in home-buying by securing the national Law Society’s new Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation.

“Pearson Hinchliffe was the first firm of solicitors in Oldham to achieve the Law Society LEXEL Quality Standard and I am proud that we can now add the Conveyancing Quality Standard so that our clients can be assured of a first class service,” said Private Client Partner John Pearson.

“We are proud to have become CQS accredited; the entire process of buying, selling or remortgaging a property through to completion should be as stress free as possible for people.  One client recently wrote to thank us for our ‘helpful and efficient service’ during his recent sale and purchase and we continue to be trusted as professional residential property lawyers,” he added.

CQS is designed to recognise high standards in residential conveyancing and is a quality mark introduced earlier this year by the Law Society.
