Employment (Employees)

Pearson Hinchliffe Solicitor's provide advice on employment law issues to help employees protect their rights in the workplace and where necessary represent them at employment and industrial tribunals.

Our Employment Law team is made up of qualified solicitors specialising in providing advice and representation on all aspects of Employment Law including: discipline and grievances, unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, bullying, redundancy, compromise agreements, breech of contract, parental rights, TUPE, non-payment of wages and benefits.

Costs

We offer a free half-hour first interview, thereafter a fixed hourly rate so that costs are always well controlled. We will always seek to minimise the cost to the client though our efficient case management system, by maintaining good communications and by requesting the relevant documents from the client well in advance.

In some cases, where we think the chances of gaining compensation are high enough, we may offer to work for clients on a 'no win, no fee' basis.

In all cases, whether or not they are taken forward, you can expect straightforward information and advice on your rights, an assessment on the relative merits of the case and an idea of the likely associated costs.
